Memberships are limited and priority will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

Currently, we accept private insurance and private pay.

Full time (M-F) and part time memberships(1-4 days per week) and as needed (once a month) are available for qualified applicants. Generally, most long term care insurance companies will cover all or part of the cost for care provided to the insured in a Licensed Adult Day Care Facility. Please have your insurance information available when you call for rates.

To become a member of Soteria, all applicants must first, have a physical assessment completed by the staff nurse to determine if Soteria will be able to meet the needs of the member.

Next, the potential member must see their physician for a physical exam and have a negative single step PPD* test (TBTest). The physician must also write this on the physical form: This person is qualifed to participate in adult day care programs”.

Members must be 18 or older to participate.
